Even bought an E-book about how to make your own locomotive on running your car on water...

Has Anyone Else Converted Their Car To Run On Water? I Am Thinking About Running My Car On Water - Advice!?

I am thinking about running my car on water - I have heard outstanding stories about people saving 50% on their gas bills. I know there are a lot of resources on the internet. Counsel please!
I have found a great website that compares the different

IF it could be done and IF it worked so well California would required it on all or most of the cars allowed to go in their state.

The fact they don't tells me enough that it does not work.

What Do I Do To Get My Car Running After It Has Been In Water?

I was driving my car down a power road at 55mph at night and all of a sudden my car hit water and went in about two feet. My car turned off right when this happened and I have not been superior to get my car to started since. This happened two nights

I am present to convert my car over to run on water & am looking for the most simple, do at home plans available as I am going to do the work myself.
