Does Anyone Make An Electric Powered, Water Shutoff Valve For An Automotive Heater Core? If So Who?

I'm dispiriting to build a custom dash and heater system in my chevelle. This will require my heater core to be in the car under the rush.So I need a shut off valve for the water going to it during the warmer weather. I would like this to be electric.
most are vacuum or telegram opperated. im sure some makes use electric, but i dont know who. i think it would be easiest to use a vacuum valve, but you will requisite the vacuum switch as well.

A associate of my family has done this. Anyone offer any advice. Does the water float in which case replacing the fluid in the reservoir might be ok or is it a superlative drain and flush?
