I am reasoning about running my car on water - I have heard great stories about people saving 50% on their gas bills. I know there are a lot of resources on the internet. Par please!
I have found a great website that compares the different methods
IF it could be done and IF it worked so well California would required it on all or most of the cars allowed to ply in their state.
The fact they don't tells me enough that it does not work.

I have seen plans present for running you car on water and gas on the internet, I am interested in doing this but I hesitate to buy plans for $150.00 if its a scam. Has anyone here seen or done this? If so would you pas on the plans or give me some authentic

These do not effort, they are a total scam. You will always consume more electricity electrolyzing the water than you can get back by combusting the gases. Not even close.
